"Girls & Boys" playing around each other, making themselves wet in public ??? Tehran (Iran's Capital)???

It was such a rare incident after all

 and now the officials are making huge calls not to allow such events be repeated within these sunny hot days of summer, 

though it must've been so much fun for young fellows in Iran
